Long time GCABA supporter and 2000 inductee Joe Kerr passed away Sunday, July 13 after suffering for a number of years from Myasthenia Gravis. Prior to his illness, Joe was a top tournament promoter bringing world class tournaments to Starcher Billiards and the Akron area. But he was also a top player capable of beating anyone, anytime.
